摘 要:采用温室盆栽法,研究了国家二级濒危植物翅果油树幼苗接种AM菌根(Glomus mosseae和Acaulospora delicata)对其生长和叶片光合作用的影响。结果显示,G.mosseae、A.delicata的侵染率分别为92.5%、45.4%;生物量分别比对照提高122%和38.6%。菌根化幼苗光饱和点显著高于对照,而光补偿点却都明显低于对照。菌根化幼苗叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)均有显著提高,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)与气孔限制值(Ls)则变化不明显。菌根化幼苗叶片叶绿素a/b的值增高是对照的1.480倍;叶绿素a含量都显著对照;叶绿素b的含量表现出负增长效应。研究表明,AM菌根促进了苗木的生长,增强了苗木对光的利用效率,更加完全地利用红光促进苗木的生长。Greenhouse experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of Glomus mosseae,Acaulospora.delicata(AM)on the growth and photosysthesis of Elaeagnus mollis which is one of the state-protected two-grade rare and endangered plants.The results showed the biomasses increased by 122% and 38.6%,respectively when the infection rates were 92.5% and 45.4%;light saturation points of seedlings were significantly higher than the control;whereas,maximum rate of photosynthesis was significantly lower than the control;Gs and Tr were improved significantly;Ci and Ls were not statistically different;the value of chl(a/b) was 1.48 times higher than the control and chl a content was significantly higher than the control;but for chl b,negtive effect was presented.The results indicated that AM improved the seedling growth in that light use efficiency was higher,especially for red light.
