摘  要:以浙江省平阳县南湖乡出笋旺盛期的绿竹为研究对象,采用不同浓度的多效唑(PP333)和比久(B9)两种生长延缓剂,通过喷施和注射两种方法对其进行矮化处理研究。结果表明:(1)不同的处理浓度及施药方法作用效果不同,与对照相比,处理浓度对竹高、枝下高及着叶节指数的影响均达到极显著水平;不同施药方法除对枝下高的影响差异不显著外,对竹高及着叶节指数的影响均差异显著,表现出喷施法的效果优于注射法。(2)药剂的矮化效果并非随着其浓度的增大而增加,浓度过低或过高,都会减弱其对绿竹的矮化效果,其中,PP333对竹高、枝下高及着叶节指数的影响均以浓度800 mg.L-1喷施处理的效果最好,分别达到对照的-62.91%、-49.70%和43.58%;B9对竹高、枝下高及着叶节指数的影响均以浓度2 500 mg.L-1喷施处理的效果最好,分别达到对照的-63.53%、-54.25%和51.46%,由此可以看出,B9对绿竹的作用效果稍好于PP333的作用效果,但是差别不大。Two retardants PP333 and B9 were applied on Dendrocalamopsis oldhami either by spraying or injecting method to examine the dwarfing effects on the bamboos.The height of the whole plant,the height under branch,and the leaf section were used as indices to measure the influences of two chemicals and two methods.The results showed that:(1) different concentrations of the retardants and application methods had different effects.Compared to the control,bamboo height,the height under branch and the leaf section indices were significantly different under different concentrations of PP333 and B9.No significant differences were found in the height under branch between two different application methods,while significantly different impacts were observed in bamboo height and the leaf section indices,and the spraying method was better than injection.(2) The dwarfing effects of the two chemicals were not significant at very low or high concentrations.The optimal concentration of PP333 800 mg·L-1,with this concentration,indices of the height,height under branch,and leaf section of applying were-62.91%,-49.70% and 43.58% of the control,respectively.The optimal concentration of B9 was 2 500 mg·L-1,in which,the three indices above mentioned were-63.53%,-54.25% and 51.46% of the control,respectively.The dwarfing effect of B9 was a little bit better than PP333.The results indicated that two chemicals could effectively reduce the bamboo height,the height under branch,improve the leaf section index,promote branches and enhance plant photosynthesis.
