糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎60例临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的有效方法。方法运用抗组胺药物、钙制剂等,并用弱激素乳膏递减剂量和用药次数,非激素乳膏递增剂量直至替代外用激素制剂治疗。结果对60例患者进行1年的临床观察,58例治愈,2例临床症状明显改善。结论递减外用激素制剂配合药物综合治疗激素依赖性皮炎是一种方便、安全、有效的门诊治疗方法。Objective To explore an effective method to treat the hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods The doses and frequencies of external hormone medicines were gradually decreased and none hormone medicines were gradually increased until completely replaced by deloratadine and calcium gluconate.Results Among the 60 patients,58 cases were cured and 2 patients were much improved after 1 year treatment.Conclusion Reducing dermatitis combined with using external medicine such as deloratadine,calcium gluconate was a simple,safe and effective method in treating the hormone dependence dermatitis.
