摘 要:为讨论典型粗糙表面对P偏振入射光的退偏振能力,运用斯托克斯矢量-密勒矩阵方法描述光波偏振态的变换过程。在P偏振入射光的情形下,推导了典型粗糙表面密勒矩阵中各元素测量的理论模型。根据理论模型,通过实验测定了不同标准典型粗糙度表面和典型目标表面密勒矩阵的M11/M00值,结果表明:随着表面粗糙程度的增大,M11/M00值逐渐减小;金属目标的M11/M00值高于0.61,迷彩布、木板和水泥板等目标的值低于0.3,金属目标和其他目标对P偏振光的退偏振特性存在显著差异。To discuss the depolarized capability of the typical rough surfaces for P-polarized incident light,the transposition process of the polarization state of light waves is described by the Stokes-Mueller formula.Under the p-polarized incident light,the theoretical model of elements measurement in the Mueller matrix of typical rough surfaces is deduced.According to the theoretical model,the values of M11/M00 in Mueller matrix of the different standard typical rough surfaces and typical targets' surfaces are measured by experiments.The results indicate that the value of M11/M00 decreases with the increase of surface roughness.The values of M11/M00 of metal targets are larger than 0.61,the values of camouflage,wooden plates and cement boards are all less than 0.3.The depolarized capabilities of metal targets and other targets are significantly different.
