摘 要:以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为改性剂、采用乳化剂代替助溶剂,对硅溶胶进行表面改性,制备了KH-570改性硅溶胶。研究了pH值、乳化剂的种类和用量对改性反应稳定性的影响,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和动态激光光散射对改性硅溶胶的结构进行了表征。结果表明:当体系pH值为5~7、以十二烷基硫酸钠代替助溶剂且与KH-570的质量比为0.25时,改性反应的稳定性良好。在该反应条件下制备的KH-570改性硅溶胶与未改性硅溶胶相比,粒径略有增大、粒径分布更均一。KH-570 modified silica sol was modified by methacryloylpropyl trimethoxysilane(KH-570) with the emulsifier to replace the cosolvents.The effects of the pH value,the kinds and the amount of the emulsifier on the reaction stability of the KH-570 modified silica were investigated.The structure of KH-570 modified silica sol was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR) and Dynamic Light Scattering(DSL).The results indicated that the high reaction stability of KH-570 modified silica sol was obtained under conditions of which the pH value was 5-7,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as the cosolvents,and its mass ratio to KH-570 was 0.25.Compare to the unmodified silica sol,the size of KH-570 modified silica sol increased and its size distribution was narrower.
