摘 要:本文通过石蜡切片观察接骨草叶片的结构及用分光光度法测定了不同发育阶段叶片中乌索酸的含量。结果显示接骨草叶为异面叶,横切面观上表皮细胞体积明显大于下表皮,中脉维管束鞘明显,维管束周围具异细胞。随着发育的进行,异细胞体积逐渐增大。乌索酸在叶片中的含量在0.4%~0.5%之间,含量随叶片的发育有增高的趋势。In this paper, the leaf anatomical structure was observed by paraffin sections, and the content of ursolic acid in leaf was determined by speetrophotometry in different development stages of Sambucu chinensis Lindl. The results showed that the leaf belongs to typical bifacial leaf, the upper mesophyhas differentiation, is palisade form and the lower is sponge porosity. The size of upper epidermis cell in leaf was significantly larger than the lower epidermis on the leaf cross-section. Vascular bundle sheath in the vein is obvious, with idioblast cells around the vascular bundles. As development progresses, idioblast cell volume increased gradually. Ursolic acid content in the leaf is in the range of O. 4 % - O. 5 %, and tends to increase with developed of the leaf.
