摘  要:以硅溶胶为硅源、六亚甲基亚胺(HMI)为模板剂,通过掺杂Ce合成了具有MWW层状结构的Ce-MCM-22分子筛;叠氮化钠为氮源、钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用静态水热合成法合成了N-Ti-ZSM-5分子筛;叠氮化钠为氮源、钛酸四丁酯为钛源、按SiO2∶0.03TiO2∶(0-0.01)N∶0.03HMI∶0.035Al2O3∶0.2NaOH∶20H2O的摩尔比,采用静态水热晶化法合成了具有MWW层状结构的氮掺杂MCM-22分子筛。研究了酸碱度对所合成的分子筛的吸附降解甲基红溶液能力的影响。Ce-MCM-22 molecular sieve with MWW of layer structure was synthesized using the static hydrothermal crystallization method,silica sol as silicon source,hexamethylene imine(HMI) as template agent.N-Ti-MCM-22 molecular sieve with MWW of layer structure was synthesized using the static hydrothermal crystallization method,sodium azide as nitrogen source,silica sol as silicon source,titanium tetrabutyl as titanate source,hexamethylene imine(HMI) as template agent.MCM-22 molecular sieve with MWW of layer structure was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis,silica sol as silicon source,hexamethylene imine(HMI) as template agent.The effects of pH factors on the molecular sieve degradation of methyl red solution were tested.
