县域经济与农民专业经济合作组织探索——以周至县猕猴桃产业为例

摘　　要：周至县被称为"中国猕猴桃之乡"。猕猴桃种植总面积目前已达14.8万亩,年产量达18万吨,总产量占到全国的70%,年产值达两亿多元。全县有15万人从事猕猴桃及其相关产业,仅猕猴桃一项,全县年人均纯收入可增加300多元。但"品种相对单一,加工出口量不大,产业化程度不高,特别是龙头企业少,带动力不强;分散的农户无力面对统一的大市场"等问题,又制约着这一产业的健康发展,制约着县域经济的发展。发展农村专业经济合作组织将为县域经济的壮大提供财力保障,为农民的增收提供渠道和载体。Zhouzhi,a county in Shanxi province,is known as＂Land of Kiwifruit＂with the total area planted reaching 148,000 mu.The annual output of kiwifruit is 180,000 tons,accounting for 70%of China＇s whole annual output.The annual output value here is more than 200 millions.About 150,000 villagers are engaged in this industry or other related industries.Each year,the net income per peasant grows by 300 yuan or more due to kiwifruit industry.However,single variety,less processing quantity and export,low industrialization,few leading enterprises,and powerless impetus make the decentralized peasants find it difficult to face the united big market,which accordingly limits the sound development of both this industry and county economy.This paper tries to find ways to promote rural professional economic cooperation aiming to provide financial support for the thriving county economy and to offer channels for income increase to the peasants.
