城市大中型商业健身俱乐部空间布局模式探讨——以苏州市为例

摘　　要：通过对苏州市46家大中型商业健身俱乐部空间布局影响因素的分析,系统的检验大中型商业健身俱乐部在城市不同区域的空间分布规律.结果表明:健身俱乐部在苏州5个区中分布较不均衡,属于分散分布;一般会在主干道上或者交叉路口并偏向于居住区附近选址;区位和交通、土地利用方式、人口数量及密度、人均工资、区域面积等都影响着商业健身俱乐部空间布局和空间拓展.By a systematic analysis of the influencing factors the 46 large and medium-sized fitness clubs have to think about when arranging their spatial layout,a careful examination was made to find the distribution law of health club spatial layout in different regions of the Suzhou.It shows that the club＇s regional distribution is of a unbalanced discrete distribution.Most fitness clubs are located on the major trunk roads or on the crossroads near the risidental aeras;the spatial layout and expansion was largely influenced by transportation and location,types of land utilization,the total quantity and density of population,per capita wage and the size of the regional aera.
