摘 要:目的探讨整合并行采集技术在腹部磁共振检查中的应用价值。方法选择需行腹部磁共振检查的50例患者,先行磁共振T1加权、T2加权加三维抑脂扰相梯度回波序列(3D-FS-SPGR)扫描(T1WI+3D-FS、T2WI+3D-FS)(A方法),在此基础上进行整合并行采集序列扫描(B方法)。比较两组图像的差异。结果两种方法所得的腹部MRI图像均能达到诊断标准,但整合并行采集序列的图像质量、降低呼吸运动伪影情况均优于T1WI+3D-FS、T2WI+3D-FS,且扫描时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论整合并行采集序列扫描技术可提高信号的采集速度,使图像更清晰,并可有效减少呼吸运动伪影对图像的影响,对腹部磁共振检查后的诊断有重要价值。Objective To discuss application of integrated parallel acquisition technique(IPAT) in abdominal MRI.Methods Fifty cases of acquiring abdominal MRI were selected, undergoing T1 weighted, T2 weighted and fat-suppressed spoiled gradient-echo (3D-FS-SPGR ) sequence scanning (T1WI 3D-FS,T2WI 3D-FS)(method A);based on method A ,IPAT was used(method B), and then the image difference in the two methods was analyzed.Results The quality of both kinds of pictures of abdominal MRI could achieve diagnosis, but with a short scanning time, method B obtained the good image quality and reducing respiratory motion artifacts compared with method A(P0.05).Conclusion IPAT scanning technology can increase signaling speed and image quality, and reduce respiratory motion artifact in abdominal MRI and play an important role in making an accurate diagnosis for disease.
