检验科医院内感染的原因分析及管理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨控制检验科医院内感染的管理对策。方法调查分析检验科防医院内控感染存在的问题,研究相应的管理对策。结果检验科医院内感染的主要原因包括管理不到位、操作流程不规范、自我防范不到位、硬件设备投入不足几个问题。结论完善管理制度、强化知识培训、提高专业水平和加强硬件设备投入是控制检验科医院内感染的有效措施。Objective To search the measures of nosocomial infections prevention and control. Methods We surveyed and analyzed the problems causing the infections in clinical laboratory and proposed the effective strategies.Results Current main problems of nosocomial infection elicited by the laboratory included the management out of place,non-standard operating procedures,self-protection out of place,shortage of hardware facilities and so on. Conclusion The effective strategy against nosocomial infections should concentrate on improving management system, training staffs, raising professional standards and enhancing hardware investment in the laboratory.
