摘 要:TBM施工期间在隧道内维修更换主轴承部件非常困难。介绍了首次在洞内修复、更换主轴承耐磨环的思路、工作程序、实施办法和注意事项。通过正确决策和合理组织施工,比预定工期大大缩短,迅速恢复了掘进,效果良好。Since it is very difficult to repair or replace components of the main bearing inside the tunnel during the construction of TBM,a proposition of repairing or replacing the wear-resisting ring of the main bearing for the first time inside the tunnel is put forward in the paper,with its working procedures and methods for implementation,and points for attention introduced.Through the correct decision-making and the rational organization of construction,the scheduled duration is greatly shortened,the normal excavation soon restored,and very good effects achieved.
