旱地春小麦新品种定西40号的选育

摘　　要：依据亲本来源、选育过程以及国家区试等试验结果,对定西40号遗传背景、育种目标和育种方法以及产量、品质、抗性和适宜性进行综合评价。结果表明,定西40号选育采用的亲本遗传基础丰富、早代选择抗病性、较高世代选择农艺性状和品质的选育方法有效。定西40号丰产性好,国家区试折合产量2 805.6 kg/hm2,较对照增产11.48%;抗旱性3级;对条中32、条中31、条中30、水-14等混合优势小种表现免疫;含粗蛋白(干基)15%以上、湿面筋(干基)33%以上;稳产性好,综合农艺性状优良,适宜我国西北旱作春麦区种植。According to the parents,selection process and the national regional trials etc,a overall evaluation was set on Dingxi 40 with the genetic background,breeding objectives and breeding methods and the yield,quality,resistance and suitability.The results showed that the breeding methods of Dingxi 40 was effective which employed the wealthy genetic basis of parental,early generation selection in disease resistance,and higher generation selection in the agronomic traits and high quality.Dingxi 40 showed good yield character in national test,the equivalent yield was 2 805.6 kg/hm2,and 11.48% higher than control,and showed good drought tolerance,reached drought level 3.The result also showed that Dingxi 40 was immuned to the mixed advantage races,such as CY32,CY31,CY30,shui-14,etc.The crude protein（dry basis）content was above 15% and wet gluten（dry basis）content was above 33%.It＇s suitable for dryland spring wheat area in northwest of China for its stable yield and good agronomic traits.
