大肠癌淋巴管生成与β-连环素异位表达的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨大肠癌淋巴管生成情况与β-连环素(β-catenin)的关系。方法应用淋巴管特异标记物podo-planin检测96例大肠癌及正常大肠的淋巴管密度,以CD31标记血管作对比研究;免疫组化S-P法检测大肠癌β-catenin的表达。结果正常大肠黏膜β-catenin呈细胞膜阳性表达,大肠癌β-catenin主要呈细胞核和/或细胞质的异位表达,异位表达率为67.71%;大肠癌微淋巴管密度(microlymphatic density,MLD)显著高于正常大肠组织(t=3.624,P<0.01);大肠癌β-catenin异位表达组MLD显著高于非异位表达组(t=2.843,P<0.01)。结论大肠癌β-catenin异位表达可能是诱导大肠癌淋巴管生成的重要原因。Objective To study the correlation between lymphangiogenesis and ectopic expression of β-catenin in colorectal cancer（CRC）.Methods Microlymphatic density（MLD） in 96 cancer tissues of CRC patients and their normal large intestine samples was detected with the specific lymphatic marker,podoplanin,and comparatively studied using CD31 as a marker of blood vessels.Expression of β-catenin in CRC was detected with the immunohistochemical S-P method.Results β-catenin was positively expressed in cell membrane of normal large intestine mucosa and ectopically expressed in cell nuclei and/or cytoplasm in tumor cells,with an ectopic expression rate of 67.71%.The MLD was significantly higher in CRC than in normal large intestine mucosa（t=3.624,P〈0.01）and in CRC with ectopic β-catenin expression than in CRC without ectopic β-catenin expression（t=2.843,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Ectopic expression of β-catenin in CRC may be the major reason of lymphangiogenesis.
