摘  要:用硅溶胶为硅源、偏铝酸钠为铝源、六亚甲基亚胺为模板剂进行动态合成纳米MCM-49分子筛,并进行X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜表征。研究了纳米MCM-49分子筛在丙烯与苯烷基化反应中催化性能,确定了最佳的评价条件:温度为120~140℃,苯烯摩尔比为2.0~3.5,丙烯液体空速0.8~2.5h^(-1);在该条件下进行了纳米MCM-49分子筛的寿命实验。结果表明,纳米MCN-49分子筛合成异丙苯催化剂性能较好。The nanometer MCM-49 zeolites were synthesized with silica solution and sodium metaaluminate, and hexamethyleneimine as the template. The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, and transmission electron microscope. Catalytic performances of the sample were investigated in the alkylation reaction between benzene and propylene. The best reaction condition as follows: the temperature was from 120℃ to 140℃, the molar ratio of benzene to propylene in 2.0-3.5, and the liquid space velocity of propylene in 0.8-2.5 h-1, life test of the zeolites under the conditions. It was found that nanometer MCM-49 zeolites had a better alkylation performance.
