摘　　要：介绍了国产黄油抑制剂BL-628Z的作用机理、产品性能以及在乙烯装置碱洗塔中的应用情况。应用结果表明,该黄油抑制剂BL-628Z产品能明显改善碱洗塔的运行效果,显著降低废碱液的化学耗氧量及废碱氧化罐出口水中硫化物和紫外油含量,其产品综合性能优于同类进口产品,为今后乙烯装置的"三剂"国产化探索出一条新路。It was introduced that the properties and mechanism of grease inhibitor BL-628Z, which was a inhibitor made in China, and its application in ethylene plant. The results of application showed that the operation of caustic tower improved significantly with BL-628Z. The value of chemical oxygen demand in the waste alkali liquor, sulfide and ultraviolet oil in water from outlet of spent caustic oxidized tank were reduced dramatically. The overall performance of BL-628Z is better than imported the products, a homemade new way of agents for ethylene plant explored.
