摘　　要：通过先用丙酮保护甘油中两个相邻羟基制备成丙酮缩甘油后再与五氧化二磷酯化,最后水解保护的方法,定向合成了高纯度α-甘油磷酸酯,有效地排除了难以分离的β-甘油磷酸的干扰,并对实验条件进行了研究。This article is about the directed synthesis method of high-purity α-glycerophosphate.The specific processes are as follows.Firstly,producing 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane-4-methanol by protecting the two adjacent hydroxyl groups of glycerol with acetone,then the 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane-4-methanol esterified is hydrolyzed to unprotect.This method ruled out the interference of β-glycerol phosphate which is difficult to be separated effectively.Furthermore,this paper explore and study the experiment condictions.
