摘  要:采用紫外光引发的方法在亚麻纤维表面接枝丙烯酰胺,探讨接枝前后亚麻织物的染色性能及物理力学性能的变化。试验结果表明:接枝后的亚麻织物经活性红S-3BF染色后的染色深度明显提高,染色牢度良好,但直接耐晒枣红染色时效果不明显;处理织物的断裂强力和断裂伸长率增加,而刚柔性和透气性有所降低;接枝率在9%以内对刚柔性和透气性影响较小。The dyeing, physical and mechanical properties of linen fabrics before and after UV-induced photografting of acrylamide are studied. The results show that the grafted linen fabric has enhanced dye depth and good color fastness after dyeing with Reactive Red S-3BF. But the effect is not obvious after dyeing with Direct Fast Purplish Red. The tensile strength and breaking elongation of the grafted linen fabrics are improved, while the stiffness and permeability are reduced. Nevertheless, little influence is found on stiffness and permeability within 9% of graft ratio.
