摘　　要：根据我国功能纺织品实际生产情况和国际市场近期发展趋势,分别探讨了功能纺织品的化学安全性、耐久性和适用性的要求。功能纺织品的化学安全性包括品牌和客户要求,欧盟REACH法规要求,以及Oeko-Tex Standard 100标准,美国服装鞋类协会禁用物质清单和美国消费品安全改善法的要求。功能纺织品的耐久性则包括标准方法的要求,法律和法规要求以及国际买家的要求。功能纺织品具有一定的适用性,特定的功能纺织品的应用范围具有一定的局限性。Based on the actual production situation of China functional textiles and recent international market development trend, demands of chemical safety, durability and applicability of functional textiles are discussed respectively. The demand of chemical safety on functional textiles includes the requirements of brand and customer, REACH regulations, Qeko-Tex Standard 100, list of banned substances by American Apparel ＆ Footwear Association （AAFA}, and Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act （CP- SIA}. The demand of durability of functional textiles includes standard method, laws and regulations and international buyers. Any functional textiles has its certain applicability, the application of specific functional textile product is limited.
