工业用PU革基布分散染料常温染色生产实践

摘　　要：使用分散染料对PU革涤纶基布进行常温染色,从节能、节料及提高卷染机的使用效率等方面出发,对部分中浅色品种进行了染色生产实践。介绍了采用分散染料在卷染机上染涤纶的特点及注意事项,采取措施后可使含涤纶比例高的织物达到得色均匀。To save energy and raw material, and to increase the efficiency of dye jip, disperse dyes were dyed on polyester PU leather substrate at room temperature, some of which dyed with light color were practiced in production. The property and notes of disperse dyes used on the dye jip are introduced, to enhance the evenness indices of color of fabric of high polyester composition.
