节能与生态生产工艺技术在浆纱工序的应用

摘　　要：从设备和工艺方面讨论了浆纱工序节能与生态生产问题,包括:采用变频调速器可以节约电能和配件;高压煮浆桶和全烘筒烘燥方式可以节约蒸汽消耗和缩短煮浆时间;高压上浆可以降低烘燥负荷;预湿上浆可以节约浆料;使用绿色生态浆料可以减少环境污染和降低退浆成本。The energy - saving and eeologieal production in term of equipment and process were discussed, including the savings of power and parts used in frequency conversion device ; the savings of steam consumption and cooking time by high pressure cooking kettle and whole cylinder drying mode ; the reduction of burden of drying by high squeezing slashing ; the reduction of size consumption by pre - wetting sizing; and the reduction of environmental pollution as well as desizing cost by ecological sizing.
