摘 要:以强化换热管为研究对象,建立了以水为介质的轴对称数值模型。应用计算流体软件CFX对光管及2种强化换热管(缩放管、波纹管)的传热特性及流动规律进行数值研究。结果表明,数值计算得到的光管总传热系数数值与经验公式计算结果吻合很好。与光管相比,强化换热管壁面结构改变了流体的流动状况,对流道的流场产生重要影响。在相同流动条件下,缩放管与波纹管的总传热系数数值均有较大程度的提高,强化作用明显。为此类产品的进一步理论研究和分析方法推广提供了依据。Enhanced heat-exchange tubes were focused on and an axisymmetric numerical model with water was set up.The heat transfer characteristics and the flow laws of smooth tubes,convergent-divergent tubes and corrugated tubes were studied both by using CFD software CFX.The results show that the total heat transfer coefficient of smooth tubes consistent well with the results calculated with the empirical formula.Compared with the smooth tubes,the wall structure of heat transfer enhancing tubes changed the fluid flow conditions,and generated great affect on flow-field of fluid channel.In the same flow conditions,the total heat transfer coefficient of both convergent-divergent tubes and corrugated tubes has increased greatly,also and the enhancing functions were obvious.Therefore,the basis for further theoretical research and analysis method of such products was provided.
