耳穴贴压预防小儿全麻术后呕吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察耳穴贴压预防小儿全麻术后呕吐的疗效。方法　对１０３ 例全麻手术患儿进行术后胃肠道反应临床观察，对照组４７例，不采用任何方法。预防组５６ 例，采用耳穴贴压脾、胃、脑、神门穴。结果　预防组６ 例发生恶心呕吐。对照组１３ 例发生恶心呕吐，两组发生率经统计学处理Ｐ＜ ０．０５，有明显差异。结论　耳穴贴压可预防小儿全麻术后胃肠道反应的发生。Objective To observe the preventive effect of auricular plaster therapy on infantile vomiting after operation under general anesthesia. Methods Gastrointestinal reaction was clinically observed in 103 child patients after operation under general anesthesia. There were 47 cases in control group and no treatment was given. There were 56 cases in prevention group and auricular plaster therapy was performed on Spleen, Stomach, Brain and Shenmen. Results Nausea and vomiting occurred in 6 cases of prevention group and 13 cases of control group. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference in incidence between the two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy can prevent infantile gastrointestinal reaction after operation under general anesthesia.
