摘　　要：当前我国地方层面的国际科技合作支撑体系建设的滞后影响了国际科技合作的有效开展,亟待加强和改善。而国际科技合作支撑体系的构建主要包括政府层面的政策与组织支撑体系、社会层面的中介服务支撑体系与物质基础层面的国际科技合作基础条件支撑系统等的建设。At present,the lag of the local supporting system construction for international sci-tech cooperation in China has affected the effective development of international sci-tech cooperation,which urgently needs improving.And the construction of the supporting system mainly consists of the constructions of governmental policies and organization supporting system,the supporting system for social intermediary service and substantial fundamental supporting system for international cooperation condition.
