摘  要:目的 根据多年来的研究心得及体会对临床应用的光针机理作一阐述。 方法 应用氦氖(He-Ne)激光或半导体(GaAlAs)激光进行穴位照射或血管内照射。 结果 在光针或血管内照射的研究中发现对心血管功能、免疫功能及神经递质方面都有影响。 结论 通过激光照射穴位或血管内照射,其机理可能与刺激了穴位内或血管内壁的神经末梢,从而诱发肽类等神经递质的释放,继而达到各种生理功能上的调整有关。Objective According to his many years studies, the author sums up the findings and experence to explain the mechanism of optical acupuncture for clinical applications. Method He Ne or diode (GaAlAs) laser in different nm (632.8,650,810 or 830 nm) and mW (5,10 or 30 mW) were used during irradiation on acupoint or ILIB. Results It was found that the cardiovascular functions were improved by optical acupuncture or ILIB, and the immunity could be modulated by optical acupuncture or ILIB. The peptide neurotransmitters in the brain area were changed significantly. Conclusion Laser radiation on acupoint or in the blood vessel stimulates the nerve ending in acupoint or the wall of blood vessels, then produces a cascade reactions including peptide transmitters which modulates various physiological functions.
