痔科外洗方坐浴的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：为了解痔科外洗方的疗效及观察要点，按入院顺序随机选择122例肛肠疾患病人，并分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用痔科外洗方坐浴，对照组采用高锰酸钾液坐浴，结果实验组病人术后疼痛、肿胀、出血症状明显减轻或消失。两组相比差异有显著性（P＜0.01）。提出坐浴过程中应加强病人身心护理，注意浸泡液的观察。To know the effect and main points of observation on use of external lotion in hemorrhoid department patients. Selected 122 cases with anal - intestine diseases randomly according to admission order, and they were divided into both test and control groups.Patients in test group were giving external lotion hip bathing. And patients in control group were giving potassium permanganate solution hip bathing. Results showed patients in test group with less pain, swelling, and bleeding than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0. 01). Suggested that during the hip bathing, we strengthen body and mind nursing care and nursing instruction of patients, and pay attention to the soak changes.
