摘　　要：本文简要介绍了自制的汽车玻璃升降器耐久试验台。以某品牌轿车为例,分析了试验中绳轮式电动玻璃升降失效的主要原因、提出了改进措施,为今后电动玻璃升降系统的开发工作提供宝贵经验。A self-made durability test-bed for automotive electric glass regulator is introduced in brief in this paper. Based on one sedan, the main cause to the failure of the cable-drum glass regulator in testing is analyzed, improvement measures are put forward. It presents valuable experience for the subsequent development of the automotive electric glass regulator system.
