摘 要:本文首次用X-光电子能谱(XPS)技术研究了H_2C_2O_4溶液中钛基的腐蚀行为,对Ti基片的表面和界面进行了XPS表征.实验结果表明:Ti基在80℃,10%的草酸溶液中腐蚀两小时,样品的表面只有Ti^0和TiO存在;经过四小时腐蚀的样品表面主要是TiO_2和少部分Ti^(2+).这与X-衍射分析认为有TiH_(1.042)的结构看法相符。同时,Ti0_2与表面涂层RuO_2都属金红石型结构,因而完全有可能形成牢固的金属阳极材料。The corrosion behaviour of titanium substance and the XPS characterization of Tisurface in the H_2C_2O_4 solution have been first studied by X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy. The experimental results show that there are only Ti^0 and Ti^(2+) on samplesurface in 10% H_2C_2O_4 solution for two hours corrosion at 80℃, but if corrosion isextended to 4 hours, the surface composition is mainly TiO_2 with a small amount ofTi^(2+). This result corresponds to the structure of TiH_(1.942) composion in sample surfacefound by XRD analysis. Since both TiO_2 and the surface coating RuO_2 are of Gald-Redstone structure, therefore electrode materials of Ti-Ru are stable in chemicalindustry.
