摘　　要：高校图书馆学科馆员所进行的学科化服务工作为高校学科建设起到了积极的促进作用。在新形势下,面对实际,打破存在的障碍,使学科馆员发挥最大的作用,为学校的学科建设及教学、科研提供更深入的服务,高校图书馆应从实际出发,寻找新思路,切实推进学科化服务工作。The subject service carried on by the subject librarian in the university library plays a positive role in the construction of the subject.Under the new situation,it is necessary for the university library to face the reality,break the obstructions,let the subject librarians play the best role in subject construction to offer the deeper service,to find new ways to promote the subject service.
