摘　　要：在当前中国土地市场发育尚不完全的情况下,针对近年来房地产开发企业土地过度储备的事实,分析土地市场中的寻租行为。以博弈论为理论基础,建立政府与房地产开发企业两者间的寻租博弈模型和监督博弈模型矩阵,为降低土地资源浪费,维护正常的土地市场秩序,加强土地资源管理提供参考。In the current Chinese land market is not completely developed,under the situation of the fact that real estate development enterprises over land reserves in recent years,and analysis of rent-seeking behavior in the land market.Based on the game theory,and set up a government and real estate development enterprises rent-seeking game model and supervision gambling model matrix.In order to reduce the waste of land resources,maintaining the normal order of the land market,and provide the reference to strengthen the land resources managementr.
