优喘平在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的作用

摘　　要：采用单盲、随机、安慰剂对照的方法，观察优喘平对慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者的预防和治疗作用。实验分3组，分别给予优喘平200、400mg及安慰剂，每d1次口服，连续治疗6月。检测治疗前后症状、体征、肺功能、细胞因子等指标的变化。结果发现给予优喘平200、400mg组症状、体征、肺功能、细胞因子等变化较对照组有明显改善，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05～0．01）。口服200mg／d与口服400mg／d的治疗效果相似。提示小量优喘平对慢性阻塞性肺疾病有一定治疗作用。By using single-blind, random and placebo control methods, the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases by protheo were investigated. The patients were randomly divided into three groups: (1 ) the control group with placebo orally once a day for 6 months; (2) the patients given protheo 200 mg orally once a day for 6 months; and (3) the patients given protheo 400 mg orally once a day for 6 months. For all patients, the symptoms, signs, pulmonary function and inflammatory cytokines were observed respectively before and after the administration of protheo. The result showed that the pulmonary function of the patients given prothreo were greatly improved as compared with the control group. So did the symptoms,signs and inflammatory cytokines. It was concluded that a low dose of protheo was a kind of medicine with good therapeutic effect and less side effects for the COPD patients.
