摘　　要：依法治校是依法治国方略在教育领域的具体体现。高职院校只有大力推进依法治校,才能实现科学发展。可通过完善法律法规、提高法制意识、完善制度建设、实施科学管理,推动高职院校科学发展。Governing school by law is a concrete manifestation in the field of education.Only by vigorously promote vocational colleges manage,scientific development can be achieved.Higher Colleges currently affecting factors still exist,and the scientific development of higher vocational colleges can be promoted by improving laws and regulations,the legal awareness,the system construction,and the implementation of scientific management.
