摘　　要：针对我国自然灾害频发、应急指挥困难的实际,提出了依靠Compass搭建后勤应急指挥信息系统的建议和方法。重点讲述了系统的各功能模块,包括电子地图管理模块、定位信息管理模块、导航信息管理模块、电文信息管理模块。应用实例表明,该系统运行稳定、实用性强,能够有效保证突发情况下后勤指挥体系的协调运作。This paper presents the theory and method to build the system of command information in emergency based on Compass,which will substantially alleviate the problems of natural disasters and joint command operation.Four modules are introduced：the module of digital map,the module of satellites positioning information management,the module of navigation information management,the module of short messages management.Experiments demonstrate that the proposed system plays an important role in practice and ensures the running of command architecture.
