和谐文化视野中的大学生归属感教育

摘　　要：建设和谐文化,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要任务。大学承担着建设和谐文化的社会责任和历史使命。当代大学生的"无家可归"造成了作为承载着社会文化因子的个体之于整体社会文明的归属感缺乏,使建设和谐文化的社会主体缺位。为此,大学建设和谐文化应全面加强大学生归属感教育,即以大学精神文化建设为核心,充分突显大学生主体价值;以大学行为文化建设为主体,充分彰显大学生主体精神;以大学制度文化建设为保障,充分张扬大学生的主体个性;以大学环境文化建设为载体,实现大学生的"诗意栖居",培育具有和谐精神的社会主体。To build up harmonious culture is an important task of building a socialist harmonious society.University has undertaken the social responsibility and historic mission of building up harmonious culture.Contemporary university students＇ ＂homeless＂ is a lacking state of sense of belonging to individual which carries the social and cultural factors in the whole social civilization,resulting in the building of a harmonious culture and social subjects vacancy.So university should be to comprehensively strengthen the education of university students＇ sense of belonging： fully highlight the subject value of university students by building spiritual culture,fully demonstrate the subject spirit of university students by building behavior culture,fully develop subject personality of university students by building Institutional Culture and fully achieve ＂poetical dwelling＂ of university by building environmental Culture to cultivate social subjects which have harmonious spirits.
