应用型本科高校CP指导体系创建——基于社会职业需求的认知与满足

摘　　要：基于对社会职业需求的认知和满足两方面考虑,创建CP指导体系是大学生客观把握自己,认识职业需求,主动训练自我,强化创新内驱力的适效途径。文章通过对创建CP指导体系的基点、功能、目标分析,认为成立指导机构、设计课程体系、选择指导工具、追踪指导结果是CP指导体系创建的基础路径及运作内涵;校地、校企、校校合作,是确保其正常运转,功能发挥,目标实现的保障机制。Based on the consideration of cognition and meeting for socio—professional needs,creating CP guidance system is an effective way for college students to grasp themselves,aware the career demands,subjectively train themselves and strengthen their inner innovative forces.Through the analysis of base point,function and objective related to the creation of CP guidance system,it is found that establishing the lead agency,designing the right courses,selecting the right guidance tools and tracking the guidance result is the fundamental path and operational connotations of creating this system.Moreover the cooperation among colleges,the local government agencies and enterprises is the security mechanism ensuring its normal operation and objective achievement.
