快速康复外科应用于结直肠手术围手术期护理的对照研究

摘　　要：目的研究快速康复外科(fast-track surgery,FTS)在结直肠切除术患者围手术期护理的应用效果。方法将165例结直肠择期手术患者随机分为快速康复组与对照组,分别用FTS与传统方法处置,比较患者的并发症发生率、排气排便时间、住院时间等。结果使用FTS方法处置的患者并发症发生率明显减少,排气排便时间、住院时间明显缩短。结论结直肠切除术患者实施快速康复外科可缩短术后住院时间,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To study the application validity of fast-track surgery（FAS） in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing elective colorectal surgery.Methods A total of 165 patients undergoing elective colorectal surgery were randomly divided into FTS group and control group accepting FTS and traditional management respectively.The complication rate,exhaust and defecation time,and hospitalization time were compared.Results In the FTS group,the complications rate was significantly lower,and the exhaust and defecation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter.Conclusion Fast-track surgery helps the patients undergoing colorectal surgery to reduce the hospitalization time and the complication rate.
