摘　　要：简要介绍辽宁省林业信息化有关情况和相关技术背景,针对辽宁省森林资源基础信息管理平台需求,提出系统的总体方案设计,利用W ebG IS和数据库等技术,以森林资源数据库为基础,采用ArcIMS开发了森林资源信息管理平台,实现了对多元海量空间数据的网上发布、查询和高效分析,系统运行效果较好.The paper briefly introduced the forest informationization status and interrelated technology of Liaoning province.According to the requirements of basic information platform for forest resources,the general scheme was put forward.Applying the WebGIS and the database technology,based on the forest resource database,the forest resource information management platform has been developed by adopting ArcIMS.The system makes all kinds of huge space data be released on internet,inquired and analyzed.This system works well.
