摘　　要：VISA是VXI即插即用系统联盟定义的标准化的I/O接口软件,SCPI命令是一种用于可编程仪器的标准命令集。为了省去仪器测量中重复而复杂的手工操作和计算,避免人为误差,提高测量效率,以Visual C++6.0为开发平台,应用VISA库函数与SCPI命令的混合编程,通过LAN口进行数据传输,对安立2028B矢量网络分析仪设计了一套程控测量系统。通过使用该系统对材料的相对介电常数进行测量可以发现,该系统操作简单,且测量精度高。VISA is a standard I/O interface software developed by VXI plug play systems alliance.SCPI is standard commands for programmable instruments.In order to avoid complicate calculation and improve measurement efficiency,the design of the program which control the Antritsu 2028B VNA with VISA and SCPI in Visual C＋＋ 6.0 through LAN is discussed.The design of automatic measuring system is simple and is widely used.So the program is worth referencing and applying for programmers who work on automatic test.
