摘　　要：司法警官类高职院校当前正处于成长和转型期,其在专业建设和人才培养等方面都取得了可喜的成绩,但也面临着许多问题和困惑。司法警官类高职院校要想科学、健康地发展,必须正确认识司法警官的职业特殊性和职业要求,客观分析学校当前面临的问题,对办学方向和人才培养目标进行准确定位,制定正确的战略发展规划,掌握生存和发展的主动权。The higher judicial vocational education institutes in China have been experiencing a developing and transitional period.An achievement has been fulfilled involving specialty construction and talent cultivation in past decades,however,problems stand out still.In order to develop in a healthy and scientific manner,the professional particularity and requirements of judicial police must be recognized correctly,the confronted-issues be analyzed objectively,direction of school and talent cultivation be oriented appropriately,and a correct formulation of strategy is made to gain the initiative of living and developing.
