超短波和中频电并带囊导管扩张术治疗上消化道良性狭窄

摘　　要：目的　观察物理因子结合自制带囊导管扩张术治疗上消化道狭窄的疗效。方法　应用超短波并中频电结合带囊导管扩张术治疗上消化道狭窄５２ 例。结果　超短波并中频电每例治疗２．６ 个疗程，扩张术１ ．８ 次，狭窄处直径由２ ～８ ｍ ｍ（ 平均４ ．７ ｍ ｍ）扩大为５ ～１２ ｍ ｍ（ 平均１０．５ ｍ ｍ） ，平均扩大５．８ ｍ ｍ ，总有效率达９７ ．８％ 。结论　本疗法具有疗程短，操作简便安全，患者痛苦小。Objective To study the effect of physiotherapy factor plus inflatable balloon catheter dilatation operation on esophageal stricture.Methods 46 cases with benign esophageal stricture treated with ultrashort wave,medium frequency electrotherapy amd balloon cathter dilatation method were observed in this paper.The physiotherapy was performed at pre- and post-dilatation operation.Results Each case was received the physiotherapy 26 times and dilatation operation 1.8 time.The diameter of stricture had enlarged from 2～8 mm to 5～12 mm(average 58 mm).The total effective rate was reaching 97.8%.Conclusion It suggests that this method has many advantages,including short course of treatment,safe and easy handling,painless and unnecessary surgery etc.
