摘　　要：目的　运用多媒体神经行为测试系统中文第三版（ＮＥＳＣ３） ，探讨二硫化碳（ＣＳ２） 作业工人神经行为功能与ＣＳ２ 接触水平之间的关系。方法　使用ＮＥＳＣ３ 对４０ 名接触ＣＳ２ 的男性工人及２７ 名对照工人的神经行为功能进行了测试。结果　接触组半结构投射试验中的惊、忧、喜，系列加减中的总时间、最大反应时间、最小反应时间、平均反应时间和曲线吻合中的正确数、错误数、偏移平均距离与对照组相比，差异有显著性（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５ 、Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） 。采用多元回归分析时间加权平均（ＴＷＡ） 浓度、年龄、文化程度、吸烟、饮酒对神经功能的影响，发现ＴＷＡ 水平增高，惊、忧分值增加，最大反应时、平均反应时延长，曲线吻合错误数增加，曲线吻合正确数减少。结论　长期接触ＣＳ２ 可影响接触者的情感状况，负性情绪增加，使眼手协调能力和瞬时记忆功能下降。s Objective Using Neurobehavioral Evaluation System Chinese 3(NES C 3) to study the relationship between neurobehavioral function and exposure levels of workers exposed to CS 2. Method 40 carbon disulfide exposed workers and 27 non exposed workers were investigated.Neurobehavioral function evaluation consisted of six tests,including semi structural project test(SSPT),serial addition/subtraction,memory scanning,switching attention,3 dimension reasoning and curve tracing. Results There were significant differences in SSPT,serial addition/subtraction and curve tracing between exposed and non exposed workers.Based on multiple factor stepwise regression analysis,it is found that when TWA level in creased,surprise and worry in SSPT,maximum reaction time,minimum reaction time,mean reaction time of serial addition/subtraction,errors of score tracing were raised whereas correct score of curve tracing were declined. Conclusion Long term CS 2 exposure may affect the emotional state of exposed workers,elevate the score of negative mood leading to the decline in eye hand coordination ability and instant memory function.
