摘  要:为了妥善解决安庆铜矿现有通风系统存在的通风及防尘问题,以求保障作业安全和改善通风质量,采用多机并联空气幕方法实施风量控制,并利用空气幕的增阻作用改变传统依靠热交换的手段,同时提出了一套新颖的适合于本矿山的以风源净化和风流控制为主体的技术方案.实践表明,-460^-580 m各中段的风量得到了有效的调节,主井的冻结问题明显好转,主作业点的粉尘浓度达到国家规定标准,且减少了工程投资,对同类矿山开展相关的研究具有一定的参考价值.In order to properly solve ventilation and dustproof problems of the existing ventilation system in Anqing Copper Mine and safeguard the operational security and improve ventilation quality,the air curtain with multi-parallel fans method is used to implement air volume control,and increasing resistance effect of air curtain is used to change the traditional means which relies on heat exchange,meanwhile,a set of new technical program which takes the air source purification and airflow control as the main body is used to serve this mine.The practice shows that the air volume of each sublevesl between-460 m and-580 m has been regulated effectively,the frozen problem of the main shaft is remarkably improved,the dust concentration meets the state requirement standards in the main operation points,and the project investment is reduced,thus there is some referential value for similar mine to carry out the related research.
