子宫内膜异位症术后应用诺雷得治疗的观察护理

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜异位症术后采用诺雷得治疗的疗效与护理措施。方法回顾性分析2008年2月～2010年9月收治的49例子宫内膜异位症患者术后应用诺雷得治疗的临床资料。治疗全程给予精心的护理干预,随访0.5～1年。结果症状缓解31例(63.33%),症状改善10例(20.41%),复发8例(16.33%)。总有效率83.67%。不良反应发生率61.22%(30/49)。结论诺雷得用于治疗子宫内膜异位症术后可有效防止复发,但对于诺雷得治疗后引起的不良反应需在用药前、用药过程中全程护理,及时给予者心理疏导,提高患者的临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate patients with endometriosis treated with Zoladex efficacy and nursing care.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from February 2008 to September 2010 were treated 49 patients with endometrial ectopic Zoladex postoperative clinical data.Given careful treatment of the whole nursing intervention,follow-up of 0.5 to 1 year.Results Remission in 31 patients（63.33%）,symptoms improved in 10 patients（20.41%）,recurrence in 8 cases（16.33%）.The total effective rate 83.67%.61.22% incidence of adverse reactions（30/49）.Conclusion Zoladex for the treatment of endometriosis may be effective in preventing recurrence after surgery,but it need to adverse reactions caused by drug use before the full course of medication care giver psychological counseling in a timely manner,improve the patient cinical effect.
