腹腔镜脐孔切口入路方法改良

摘　　要：目的探讨鼠齿钳钳夹小尖刀挑切脐孔去芯trocer入路手术方式的可行性及并发症。方法 316例腹腔镜手术脐孔切口应用鼠齿钳钳夹小尖刀挑切脐孔去芯trocer入路。结果 316例手术均获成功,无1例转为传统气腹针充气后切开脐部trocer穿刺入路,手术时间(2±0.5)min,平均时间2分钟,无近期并发症出现,均痊愈出院,随访无远期并发症发生,腹部切口愈合无明显疤痕。结论鼠齿钳钳夹小尖刀挑切脐孔去芯trocer入路腹腔镜脐孔入路方法安全可靠,操作简单,并发症少,值得推广。Objective To study the rat tooth clamp clamps small sharp knife cutting umbilical hole trocer pick the way of the feasibility and surgical complications.Methods 316 patients laparoscopic surgery hilum hole incision application rat tooth clamp clamps small sharp knife cutting umbilical hole trocer pick the road.Results 316 cases are performed success,no 1 cases into traditional gasless needle trocer cut the umbilical plexus after charging into road,operation time（2±0.5）min,the average time 2 minutes,no recent complications,all without motality,long-term complications and follow-up abdominal incisions healing without obvious scar.Conclusion Rat tooth clamp clamps small sharp knife cutting umbilical hole trocer pick the way enter ways of laparoscopic hilum hole safety and reliability,simple operation,less complications,is worthy to be popularized.
