摘　　要：目的探讨改良法产气胶囊小肠气钡双对比造影的影像效果。方法将12例小肠疾病患者作为研究对象,行改良法产气胶囊小肠气钡双对比造影。结果得到的小肠气钡灌肠双重对比图像清晰,可较好地显示小肠病变情况。结论改良法产气胶囊小肠气钡双重造影,可获得较高质量的影像资料,具有较高的临床实用价值,可作为诊断小肠疾病的常规检查方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical iconography effect of self-made gas produced capsule used in small intestine gas barium double contrast imaging.Methods 12 cases of patients with disease of small intestine as studied object were given self-made gas produced capsule when doing the small intestine gas barium double contrast imaging.Results the required iconography data of small intestine gas barium double contrast imaging can show disease states of small intestine clearly.Conclusion Self-made gas produced capsule used in small intestine gas barium double contrast imaging,can get iconography data with relatively high quality,it has relatively high clinical practical evaluation,and can be as one of routine diagnosed methods for detection of disease with small intestine
