粉尘螨疫苗治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效与个体化用药

摘　　要：目的:探讨舌下含服尘螨疫苗治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效与个体化用药方案。方法:将患者分为舌下含服组52例,药物治疗组52例。对上述患者进行了6个月的临床观察及随访。根据治疗前后的症状、体征评分进行比较。对其中12例舌下含服免疫治疗不稳定或不理想的患者进行个体化剂量调整。结果:104例对尘螨过敏的过敏性鼻炎患者,两组治疗后症状与体征均有改善,舌下免疫组较药物治疗组症状与体征明显改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。12例舌下免疫治疗不稳定或不理想的患者经个体化剂量调整治疗后,83.33%的患者症状较调整前好转。结论:舌下含服组治疗粉尘螨过敏的过敏性鼻炎优于单纯药物组。对疗效不理想或不稳定的患者进行个体化剂量调整,能提高患者的依从性。Objective：To explore the individual treatment of sublingular immunotherapy in patients with allergic rhinitis.Method：All the patients were divided into immunotherapy group and medicine group.The evaluations were carried according symptoms and signs of patients.The schemes of immunotherapy were adjusted in 12 cases.Result：The improvements of symptom and sign were found in two groups.The differents were statistis（P〈0.05）.The improvements of symptoms were found in 12 cases after receiving the adjustments of immunotherapy.Conclusion：The results of sublingular immunotherapy group were better than the medicine group of patients with allergic rhinitis.The adjustments of immunotherapy according to patients symptoms and signs could improve the compliance.
