摘　　要：目的研究Glycodelin—A与不明原因流产的相关性，为临床治疗流产提供指导。方法测量25例不明原因流产孕妇和24例正常早孕妇女血清Glycodelin—A含量并加以比较。结果正常组孕妇Glycodelin—A浓度f（6．95±0．64）ng／ml]高于流产组孕妇[（5．53±0．62）ng／ml]，差异有显著性（P〈0．05o结论不明原因流产孕妇血清Glycodelin—A水平较正常组水平低，Glycodelin—A分泌及表达不够可能是此类流产的原因之一。Objective To study the relationship between Glycodelin-A with spontaneous miscarriage, and provide the clinical treatment on abortion with some guidelines. Methods Tested the serum Glycodelin-A levels of 25 pregnant women with spontaneous miscarriage and 24 normal pregnant women. And compared the results between the two groups. Results The serum Glycodelin-A level of the pregnant women in normal group whose level is （ 6.95± 0.64 ）ng/ml is higher than that of those pregnant women in spontaneous miscarriage whose level is （ 5.53± 0.62 ） ng/ml. There is significant difference between them. Conclueiona The low serum Glycodelin-A level may be one of the reasons that causes spontaneous miscarriage.
