摘　　要：目的探讨通过导丝更换锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术的临床应用及相关护理。方法选择20例留置锁骨下静脉的病人通过导丝进行换管术。结果均换管成功，经一系列护理干预措施无并发症发生。结论通过导丝更换锁骨下静脉置管安全有效，成功率高，减轻机械性刺激。Objective To explore the clinical applications and related nursing of the subclavian catheterization replaced by guidewire. Methods 20 cases of patients with indwelling subclavian catheter changed by guidewire were selected. Reaults The operations were successful, and no complications occurred by a series of nursing interventions. Conclusion Guidewire replacement of subclavian catheterization is safe and effective, with high success rate, it also can reduce mechanical irritation.
