摘　　要：BPF自动压滤机是北京矿冶研究总院在原ZYLD自动压滤机的基础上推出的新型过滤设备,具有滤饼水分低、处理能力大、自动化程度高等特点。由于脱水效率高,在某些情况下可直接过滤未经浓缩的低浓度料浆。本文从BPF自动压滤机的结构设计、过滤机理、技术特点及在黑龙江某多金属矿脱水系统的应用情况等方面进行了论述。BPF automatic filter press was a new type filter press which was developed from ZYLD automatic filter press by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.It has the characteristic of low moisture of filter cake,big filtering ability and high automation level.Due to its high efficiency,in some cases it can directly filter low-concentration slurry without being thickened.In this paper,the structural design,pressure filter mechanism and technical features of BPF automatic filter press as well as its application in one polymetallic ore plant in Heilongjiang will be introduced.
