摘  要:合成了含有羧基和肟基的新型螯合捕收剂HCMT并研究其对一水硬铝石、高岭石和伊利石的浮选行为。单矿物浮选试验表明,该捕收剂对一水硬铝石、铝硅酸盐矿物的捕收能力差别较大,能有效分离一水硬铝石与铝硅酸盐矿物。通过动电位、红外光谱和电镜扫描(SEM)等研究了捕收剂对矿物的吸附机理,结果表明捕收剂在一水硬铝石表面可能是通过COOH、-NHOH与Al-O形成双环螯合物的化学吸附,而在高岭石、伊利石表面主要是物理吸附。Collectors HCMT has been synthesized,containing both carboxyl and hydroxamino group.The flotation behaviors of diaspore,kaolinite and illite have been investigated by using HCMT as collector.The flotation results reveals that a good separation can be realized by using HCMT as collector.Through the flotation tests,Zeta potential and FTIR measurements,the interaction mechanism can be concluded.Isoelectric point(IEP)was determined to be 6.2,3.0 and 2.8 for diaspore,kaolinite and illite,respectively.SEM(×10,000)shows that diaspore takes oval shape,and kaolinite as well as illite take irregular appearance.The interaction of the collector on the diaspore surface was chemical adsorption;the chemical adsorption of chelator ion on diaspore may take place through-COOH,-NHOH and Al-O bond forming double rings;the adsorption on kaolinite and illite was mainly physical adsorption.
